The option below is to register for the San Diego, on-site conference. If you’d rather attend online, click the button below. The afternoon Live Stream presenters for each day are the Toucan and Macaw rooms identified in the schedule.

Register for Live-Stream Passes

For the on-site version of the conference: as in the past, Pacific Symposium passes are available by the day, or at a discounted rate for the full-conference pass. Each day will earn CAB and NCCAOM CEUs. Please select from one of the options below. You are welcome to mix and match non-consecutive days. You can also find the pre and post-conference workshops registration below.

Refund Policy

Pacific Symposium hopes everyone who registers for the conference is able to attend; however, we also understand that extenuating circumstances do occur. Pacific Symposium offers the following cancellation options:

  • Full refund minus a 3% credit card processing fee up until 4 weeks prior to the event.
  • 50% refund up until the last business day of the week prior to the event (Friday before)
  • Request should be made by placing a support request. The support form is located at the bottom of the FAQ page.
  • Every attempt will be made to provide refunds within two weeks of the request. Refunds will be credited back to the credit or debit card used to make original purchase.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrival.
  • 100% of registration fees will be credited or refunded if event is canceled by organizer.
