Pacific Symposium is the most highly attended Chinese medicine and acupuncture conference in the United States. Every fall, nearly 1,000 practitioners, educators, and students gather in beautiful Mission Beach, California for an energizing blend of continuing education, clinical insight, community, and renewal.
The Symposium features inspiring keynote presentations; immersive one- and two-day workshops; a vibrant exhibit hall; and abundant opportunities to connect with colleagues from across the field. Just as important, the beachfront setting invites restoration—whether through daily outdoor qigong sessions, ocean air between sessions, or lively social gatherings.
Over the years, Pacific Symposium has welcomed many of the field’s most influential voices, including Ted Kaptchuk, Giovanni Maciocia, Kiiko Matsumoto, Jeffrey Yuen, Alex Tiberi, Mazin Al-Khafaji, and Lillian Pearl Bridges.
You may have heard that, beginning in 2026, Pacific Symposium will be hosted by Southern California University of Health and Sciences (SCU). Rest assured that Pacific College and SCU are working together and we intend to continue the same traditions you have come to expect with the same Symposium leadership and operational team, the same high-caliber speakers, and the same blend of rigorous education, community connection, and fun that have defined the event for more than three decades. We look forward to an inspiring, practical, thought-provoking, and fun time at Pacific Symposium 2026-featuring exciting new products and services, book signings, parties, swag, meaningful networking, and of course, you!
